I started working for RevCycle 2 years ago. Coming from a customer service background, I had a good foundation for understanding quality customer service and exceeding expectations. I am glad I took the time to apply despite knowing little about debt collections. After being hired, I was amazed at the professionalism of the industry, quality of training I received and being rewarded based on the level I work I put in. Once I finished my training, I was placed in a group of fellow Account Managers that helped support me post training, as well as helping me progress as an Account Manager. I am extremely thankful for all the help and support my co-workers, managers and trainer provide still to this day. I enjoy my position here at RevCycle because I have direct impact on helping our clients with their revenue cycles and providing consumers insight on how to best handle their financial debts.
