Brent Bergman
Chief Executive Officer
Brent Bergman serves as Chief Executive Officer of RevCycle, Inc., where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, technology advancement, and client partnership approach to deliver high-performance revenue cycle outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience across the collections and revenue cycle industry, Brent has held leadership roles spanning operations, client services, and technology—including Collection Manager, Director of Client Services, IT Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. This breadth of experience gives him a unique, end-to-end perspective on how to drive performance across the revenue cycle.
Brent is known for integrating strategy with technology to improve patient billing, collections performance, and overall revenue velocity. His hands-on, partnership-driven leadership style ensures that solutions are aligned with client goals and built to perform in real-world healthcare environments.
Under his leadership, RevCycle continues to evolve as a technology-enabled, performance-focused partner—helping healthcare organizations maximize financial outcomes while protecting the patient experience.

Tracy Dudek
President
Tracy Dudek serves as President of RevCycle, Inc., leading operational strategy, client partnerships, and performance optimization to deliver best-in-class revenue cycle outcomes.
She brings deep expertise across healthcare revenue cycle management, receivables management, and contact center operations. Most recently, she led Patient Billing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, driving improvements in process consistency, digital engagement, and measurable performance results.
Prior to Vanderbilt, Tracy held executive leadership roles across the healthcare revenue cycle and collections industry, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Operations. She has led large-scale, multi-site operations, implemented enterprise technology initiatives, and driven strategic growth across complex organizations.
At RevCycle, Tracy focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, advancing early-out and revenue cycle services, strengthening compliance, and expanding technology-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable value.

Don Strobel
Chief Operating and Strategy Officer
Don Strobel serves as Chief Operating and Strategy Officer at RevCycle, Inc., where he leads operational execution and strategic initiatives focused on improving performance across the healthcare revenue cycle.
Don brings a strong combination of strategic insight and operational leadership, working closely with healthcare organizations to align revenue cycle strategy with day-to-day execution. His approach emphasizes data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and technology-enabled workflows that enhance efficiency, accelerate revenue, and improve patient engagement.
With a background in healthcare operations and strategy, Don has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that prioritize performance earlier in the self-pay lifecycle, helping organizations reduce downstream bad debt and achieve more sustainable financial outcomes.
At RevCycle, Don partners with internal teams and client leaders ensuring strategies are not only well-designed, but effectively implemented, measured, and continuously improved.

Edwin (Skip) Herbert
General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer
Skip is the chief legal and compliance officer for RevCycle. He is responsible for the management and oversight of all legal, regulatory, compliance, quality assurance, and government affairs matters for the company and its affiliates. Skip’s career spans more than 40 years, during which he has been General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a large public debt buyer, General Counsel for two public bank holding companies, a managing attorney for a large regional bank holding company, and a partner in the financial institutions practice group of an Am Law 200 law firm. Skip has extensive experience in consumer financial services compliance, banking and finance, government affairs and regulatory matters, including extensive exposure to the CFPB, FTC and state financial services regulatory agencies.
Skip obtained his J.D., with honors, from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio (inactive), Illinois (inactive) and California bars.
Skip spends his free time with his wife, their children and grandchildren, enjoys working in the yard and is an avid handball player and fan of all Notre Dame sports.

Richard (Rick) Reeves Jr.
Chief Development Officer
Rick Reeves serves as Chief Development Officer at RevCycle, Inc., where he leads growth strategy, market expansion, and the development of revenue cycle solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations.
With deep experience across early-out self-pay, bad debt recovery, and patient engagement strategies, Rick focuses on designing and refining services that improve net-back, accelerate revenue velocity, and enhance the patient financial experience.
Rick is known for his builder’s mindset—developing and scaling revenue cycle programs that address real-world operational challenges. His approach combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, ensuring solutions are not only well-designed but effective in practice.
He works closely with healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and rural providers to align strategy with performance, helping organizations achieve sustainable financial results while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Heidi Anderson
Chief Human Resources Officer
Heidi Anderson serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at RevCycle, Inc., where she leads HR strategy and service delivery to support business growth and scale enterprise-wide talent capabilities.
With more than 30 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, staffing, and high-volume operations, Heidi brings deep expertise in building workforce strategies that drive operational and financial performance.
Her background includes senior leadership roles at Novo Group and Ashley Furniture, as well as talent and business leadership positions at The Hartford, Citi, and ManpowerGroup—where she created and scaled a $30 million business.
Heidi is known for developing scalable talent models, building high-performing teams, and aligning HR strategy with business outcomes. Her early career experience includes large-scale workforce development, where she filled thousands of roles and rapidly scaled operational teams to meet demand.
At RevCycle, she ensures the organization has the people, structure, and leadership needed to perform at a high level today and as it continues to grow.

Valerie Oppman
Chief Administrative Officer
Valerie began her career with RevCycle in May 2007 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly became an indispensable member of the team. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles across the organization, consistently demonstrating exceptional performance and a strong can-do attitude.
She progressed from Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant, while also cross-training in the Finance Department, and later advanced to Administrative Support Supervisor and Employee Development Specialist. In her role as Employee Development Specialist, Valerie led training initiatives for RevCycle’s support departments and managed employee onboarding, playing a key role in developing team members and strengthening internal operations.
Today, Valerie oversees four critical departments—Finance, Cash Application, Administrative Support, and Client Services—bringing a well-rounded perspective and deep organizational knowledge to her leadership.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family, as well as crocheting, embroidering, and playing cards.
