What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:

Are you looking for a new and rewarding career opportunity with a stable company? RevCycle is excited to offer this WORK FROM HOME or in office Billing Based Customer Service Representative position. This is a fast paced and rewarding customer service position with no experience necessary and offers a great on the job training program. Do you think you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask? Then this position is for you! Our representatives work in a call center setting assisting patients with their outstanding medical bill balances. This position is responsible for a handling billing and insurance questions and concerns, also taking patient payments and discussing payment options. While providing excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for:

· A passion and commitment to high quality customer service

· Excellent phone-based communication skills

· Prior work experience in a call center or healthcare customer service setting is helpful but not required

· An ability to multitask and have basic office professional computer skills using Microsoft suite (Outlook and Teams), data entry, video conferencing.

· A competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00-$18.00/hour based on experience or past healthcare customer service experience.

· A set schedule between hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm CST Monday – Friday with no nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
