In order to make this possible we have a group of dedicated client services representatives responsible for ensuring that our client partners feel that commitment in every interaction via well thought out communication. In order to continue to best serve our client base, RevCycle is ready to add a detailed oriented, multitasking professional to the current client services team for our Alliance Collection Agency brand.
Candidates must be ready, willing and able to pick up the phone and talk to clients on a daily bases as well as have the ability to write a clear concise and professional emails. A true desire to communicate and problem solve with our client is the foundation for this role. Success in this position requires the desire to work in a team setting and be the kind of team member that makes everyone around them better. Must be willing to accept and seek out training and constructive feedback from managers, co-workers and clients.
Primary Duties for Client Services Representatives Include:
Daily phone calls with clients to discuss inventory, account flow and business procedures
Using our business model to apply appropriate solutions to client questions and concerns
Working with clients and internal departments to correct process errors or inefficiency
Actively working to build and maintain client relationship
Reviewing and verifying data in multiple computer programs and databases
