Summary

RevCycle is committed to providing our client with the highest level of customer service possible.  This position is responsible for ensuring that the administrative portion of our business runs smoothly.  This position works in a team environment to complete tasks including the daily posting of payments, opening and distribution of mail, entering new business and a variety of other tasks as assigned. Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment in order to succeed.

 

Job Duties Include:

  • Runs and processes various payment reports
  • Applies payments to accounts
  • Returns checks to appropriate parties
  • Assists walk-in customers and building visitors
  • Answers incoming phone calls and directs appropriately
  • Answers payment questions and notifies appropriate departments of payments
  • Sorts and distributes mail
  • Scans documents into collection software
  • Process mail returns
  • Lists new business
  • Sets up new clients on collection software
  • Prints and mails outgoing letters
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous administrative and/or customer service work experience in an office setting is highly preferred
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications (Outlook, and Excel) is required
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work as a team member and adapt to a changing environment in positive manner
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
